The support team is a central part of Tobii Technology. We work with technical support, training and product documentation to all of Tobiis customers. We are also an important source of information
for our development teams. Right now we are looking for a new colleague to join the support team, working with Europe and the rest of the world. You will be working from the main office in Stockholm,
giving support in both German and English. We are looking for someone who is service minded and with a great technical interest. You enjoy having daily contact with our customers, mainly over the
phone. In detail you will be working with:
• Daily support over the phone and by email.
• Evaluation and handling of questions from our customers.
• Pro-active contact with already existing clients to ease their use of Tobii products.
• Creating documentation and support material. 
Previous experience from IT support and customer service is no requirement but qualifying as is knowledge in other languages in addition to German and English.
