Axis is looking for the right person to fill an open position as a Technical Services Representative (TSR) in our Technical Services team within our Sales organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a TSR you will be in contact with both end users and Axis partners to handle administrative and technical support cases or calls in Turkish and English for the Middle East and Africa market. We support the customers over telephone, support tickets, and through chat.
As a TSR, your focus area will be on administrative support for all repair workflows and licensing requests combined with operational support for small business and basic configuration question.
Besides having a technical foundation, you profoundly need to understand the meaning of service and taking good care of customers. Customer care is one of our biggest focuses!
Your main tasks will be to:
Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities
Work with customer regarding returns or DOA's / warranty exchanges
Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; Creating new documents as required
Collaborate with various internal departments and offices on RMA returns and credits
Provide full support on our small business line products
Provide first line support for installation and configuration related questions
Work with a case driven system where you have the final responsibility towards the customer for concluding and closing your cases
At a professional communication level, maintain a good dialogue with the customer throughout the resolution of a support case
Provide regular feedback and suggest pro-active actions about common technical issues and processes related to installations and services.

As a Technical Services Representative, you must have excellent communication and problem solving skills with the eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Proactive and self-motivated, you'll also be committed to constantly seeking new ways to improve the customer experience. To be successful in the role you need to be energetic and self-propelled with a passion for technology with the ability to thrive in a fun, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of customer support operations experience
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Relevant experience in administrative coordination role
Passion for new Technologies
Eager to learn continuously
Basic computer and application experience, for example Microsoft Excel and image/video editing
Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, both verbal and written
TECHNICAL SERVICES TEAM
The Technical Services team is responsible for the support in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. All functions are located in Lund, Sweden and we're currently a team of around 35 people.
