We are currently looking for a qualified
Technical Service Support Agent (m/w)
to begin work in our Göteborg location in Sweden or in our Hainburg location in Germany (you can choose the location) as soon as possible

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides first and second level technical support for customer diagnostic systems and system related IT infrastructure like End Point Management (EPM) systems. Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems. Establishes liaisons with other departments and locations when necessary. Reviews and improves hotline processes including equipment repair / loaner and exchange procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to calls, e-Mails and personnel requests for technical support
• Analyze technical problems and give first and second level support to the customers
• Customer liaison and support, responsibility for the Sweden market
• Escalate customer incidents that can not be solved in a timely manner
• Enter orders into the system to return faulty customer units and to deliver repaired, loaner or exchange units. Follow up to ensure that orders are completed as to the customers expectations
• Enter related incidents into SMS
• Maintain communication with other SPX divisions, sites and departments
• Establish communication with partners and customers in order to achieve a flow of information
• Provide status reports to monitor performance in the support process
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, German desired
• Team player, good communicator, service and solutions oriented
• Methodical troubleshooting skills required
• Advanced IT knowledge (Hardware and Software) of Microsoft based workstations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft based networks
• Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Take over responsibility within assigned area of duties
