We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for our Stockholm facility
Your Role
In the role as Technical Project Manager (TPM) you will be responsible for running product development projects within the train signaling system, OCS950. This safety critical, real time, embedded system is made up by multiple products that monitors and controls railway objects. There are many new products to be developed within the framework of this system for customers all over the world within the upcoming years. Thus the TPM will have a unique opportunity to get into a high profile position within an innovative, dynamic and expansive area of the railway business.
As a TPM you will work closely with the product development team that consists mainly of Systems, HW, SW and Test Engineers. Your role will be to plan and execute the projects by taking an active part in the design, implementation and verification and to tightly follow up on progress and issues. Except for the project team your main interfaces with the customers, line management, suppliers and safety assessors. Together with a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers the TPM will be responsible for making new, safe products available on time. This is one of the key position within the EH department and offers good development opportunities in the future.
Your Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will have to fulfil the following criteria's:
• At least 5 years experience from Technical Project Management
• Experience from product development
• Preferably experience from SW, HW, embedded systems development
• Preferably experience from working with safety critical systems
• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Good command of the English language
As a person you need to have a natural drive for results. You also need to be proactive, structured, analytical and outgoing with a high degree of integrity.
