hela Sverige To our customer in Lund we are seeking for a Project Coordinator.
Scope of the assignment
As Technical project coordinator, you will support the D&E Division in execution of project across disciplines: Mechanical, Plant & Process, and Electrical designs. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring that the scope is clear before starting (interface, technical and legals requirements are gathered)
• Organizing the breakdown of the project
• Evaluating the time and cost
• Participating in technical discussions, documenting action points, and translating them into clear assignments,
• Helping to monitor and update progress in task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) to provide visibility on workloads and deadlines,
• Supporting problem-solving.
Required education and experience
Must-have: * Minimum 5 years of proven experience coordinating technical projects in engineering or industrial environments. * Proven ability to manage engineering workflows, technical documentation, and follow up on progress. * Excellent oral and written English. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure. * Ability to self-manage and organize multiple ongoing projects. Preferred: * Knowledge of relevant European and Swedish engineering standards. * Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Process, Electrical). * Knowledge of regulated/constrains industrial environments (Nuclear, pressure vessels, life science)
