The Opportunity
We are looking for a product owner with a vast technical background to join our team in Stockholm. If you seeking an ambitious role in a fast-paced environment where you can develop your career, come join us!
In Worldline, we are developing payment systems for global enterprise clients, and provide payment solutions from all around the world, meeting the highest requirements on availability, performance, security, and flexibility. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, formalization, and development process for the payment engine which processes more than 1M transactions a day!
The team
You will work with an outstanding tech team of 15 members, and you will experience both operational freedom and the spirit of a startup, being at the same time part of a multinational organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide vision and direction to the agile development squad throughout the project and elicit the requirements.
Build, Plan and prioritize product and technical feature backlog, and work hands-on requirements gathering.
Manage the squad's roadmap, backlog, and the iterative planning of the User Stories.
Find the right balance between Functional and Non-Functional requirements added to the sprint, so that both the functionality and reliability of the product increase.
Strongly collaborate and connect with internal and external partners.
Technology watch - Innovation is a meaningful aspect of the job, and you're the first line to propose them.
Managing platform risks and evolutions (Kill the Technical Debt), and facilitating the ceremonies.
Skills we can't without
Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant experience in the technology industry.
You have demonstrated working experience with software engineering, preferably in FinTech.
You are the bearer of new ideas and have an adaptive mentality toward change.
You have outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership personality, and you acquire excellent organizational and time management skills.
You acquire the business operational details quickly to describe precisely how our system can help the customers' productivity growth.
You are a creative problem solver with a vision and sharp analytical skills.
You can arbitrate and make fast decisions, being the last gate for the production deliveries of final products.
You have a proficient level in the English language.

You have good experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, and Spotify models.
