We are searching for a Technical Engineer to join Kedali Sweden's Technical Team. Kedali is a top Chinese manufacturer and operates within different segments of the battery industry and as the strategic partner of Northvolt here in Skellefteå.

A technical engineer is responsible for automated manufacturing systems, manufacturing processes, and checking equipment, tooling, molding and robust work standards. Provide technical liaison with supplier, manufacturing and customers. Produce high quality solutions for projects and be able to apply engineering knowledge and principles to devise innovative solutions to unique design problems. Process trouble shooting and root cause analysis for the production line and equipment.

Main Tasks include but are not limited to:
Responsible for installing a wide range of products and equipment
Supports the design, development, configuration, installation, and upgrade of systems
Responsible for technical improvement, equipment planning and installation and plant layout
Coordinate people to solve equipment-related quality/production problems on time
Participate in optimization of fixtures, electrical and PLC control. Prepare and update SOP, ensure and improve OEE.
Clarify technical questions related to equipment and production process
Produce and deliver equipment requirements, drawings related documents to supplier
Documentation and implementation of ISO 9001 procedures
Plan and lead at least 1 technical improvement project each month
Deliver equipment related documents including commissioning procedure & plan, standard operating procedures (SOPs), insulation specification and layout drawings
Documentation of the responsible equipment and projects including project status reports, and project requirement sheets
Design review & design review closeout report
Plant operating layout and equipment technical requirements

Competence and experience:
College degree or above, mechanical engineering education background
Good English reading, speaking and writing
Self-motivated with a strong capacity for finding creative solutions
Ability to communicate, an outgoing personality
