As a Technical Advisor, what is expected of me? Answering incoming calls from our customers in Sweden and the UK That you feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English (written and spoken proficiency) That you provide exceptional customer service in every contact You work proactively and stay updated on the latest trends and ways of working (WOW)
Do I need any special skills in advance?
We are looking for a "people person" who has the "here to help" mindset. You are probably in the beginning of your career and have excellent language skills, you have to master Swedish and English in both written and spoken form. You always want to be the best at what you do and find motivation in helping people. If you know your way around a computer and find interest in learning new skills, you've already come a long way. You are a curious person who loves to isolate the customers issues in order to help them with their technical problems.

Once you have registered your application, you have to complete a few tests: The first link will take you to your profile, where you will find an English test The second test will give us a better understanding of how well you fit the job. It consists of 4 parts where your customer service ability, personality and problem-solving skills are measured.
The tests needs to be completed on a computer, if you do not have a computer you are more than welcome to complete the tests at our Gothenburg site.

Since our recruiters speak Swedish your application could be sent in either Swedish or English.
Our opening hours are Monday-Sunday, 08.00-20.00. Some flexibility is expected of you.
