hela Sverige The position as Technical Account Manager means you will manage the post-sales technical relationship for the company 's customers, providing world class support and driving the technical integration of their products and services. You will be both a technical resource for the customer as well as an internal advocate within the rest of the organization. To manage cross-functional project teams, participate in internal meetings to evangelize the programs, and identify ways to differentiate service and support. Further to partner with the Key Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities within assigned accounts. The opportunity to act as a mentor for the TAM team, providing coaching and best practices to ensure the success of the group. As a senior TAM you will have the opportunity to work with eight of the company 's largest accounts based in Stockholm and London.
You have a solid understanding of technology, hands-on knowledge in web technologies and profound experience implementing and supporting customers in a client-facing environment. You have a proven track-record of customer relationship, multiple stakeholders and contracting. As a person you are communicative, social and a problem-solver with technical interest. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with focus on product development. You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
