hela Sverige The position will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and you will support the members and partners across the globe.
What you 'll do
• Work as a member of commercial support team as a Technical Account Manager.
• Support the members and partners using APIs and be the link between members, partners, engineering and the business, ensuring that the flow of information enables smooth integrations and maintenance thereof.
• Build and maintain professional documentation describing the APIs and their implementation, and ensure documentation associated with any support is kept up to date and transparent internally.
• Be the first line technical resource for the commercial support team in terms of answering questions and troubleshooting customer issues.
• Provide timely response to newly submitted requests and questions.
Who you are
• You have the curiosity to learn the products and understand how they work together for the members
• Good organizing skills and the ability to problem solve, multi task and prioritize your work.
• You are a team player, happy developing close relationships with both members, partners and colleagues
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you should feel confident speaking to members/partners across the globe
• You have previous experience from account management, ideally in a technology organization
• Able to travel internationally and holder of Swedish work permit.
