Bio-Works is looking to improve its strategic position in the Life Science industry by setting up a self-sufficient production facility for one of our partners in South-Korea. It is therefore vital that our technology, working methods, and processes are transferred in a proper and adequate way. We are looking for somebody who can lead this project and ensure a proper and robust transfer and implementation of our intellectual property.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading all processes in and around the technical transfer of our intellectual property and its implementation. This includes project management, leading cross-functional matrix teams, providing critical advice and guidance, linking sending and receiving units, and issue identification and mitigation. You will serve as the bridge between Bio-Works and her partner. In this sense, it is important that you keep Bio-Works updated on the progress and any upcoming risks. This role requires prior experience in similar roles.
Requirements (skills)
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience working in development and/or operations of pharmaceutical, biochemical, or related products.
• 2+ years of experience in matrix teams and biotechnology process/tech transfer.
• Experience with the creation and management of integrated project plans, complex projects, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams (experience in with Asian business culture is a plus).
• Business fluency in English and Swedish are required. South-Korean is a plus.
• Experience with lean methods is a plus.

• A bridge-building attitude while balancing Bio-Works' interest with those of our partner.
