About the position
Perido is looking for a Tech Lead/-Architect for our client - an industrial group that acquires, builds, and develops companies in strategically selected niche markets, primarily technical components, and industrial process solutions. This company have an entrepreneurial culture where decentralized and committed leadership enables quick decisions. The headquarter is located in Stockholm where the position of Tech Lead is seated.
What you will do
In your role as Tech Lead/-Architect you will be the leader and expert in your field. You will ensure the solutions created to become the valuable assets that the company have envisioned. The Tech Leads at Axel Johnson International are hands-on and sets the technical direction for the teams.
Your daily responsibilities will include following:
Lead the technical work within the agile Cloud-Ops team that analyses, designs, and implements cloud solutions primarily within the Microsoft 365 stack.
Analyze new and existing architectures, research solutions, specifies long term direction, and ensures engineering platforms meet reliability and usability expectations.
Designs overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy to deliver an integrated and easy to maintain solution.
Communicates the system/solution architectural vision and strategy during meetings and presentations with other teams or gatherings.
Research technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved and supported.
Your qualifications for success
The new co-worker that we are looking for has an extensive experience in medium to large Microsoft 365 environments, with key focus on email/Exchange/Teams, Azure AD and SharePoint in multi domain tenant setup. Further on, you need to have practical knowledge of SMTP routing, Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, Mail Routing, Exchange and SMTP Troubleshooting as well as extensive experience in PowerShell and scripting to support administration and automation of Microsoft 365 technologies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive experience in medium to large Microsoft 365 environments, with key focus on email/Exchange/Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint in multi domain tenant setup.
Practical knowledge of SMTP routing, Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, Mail Routing, Exchange, and SMTP Troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of the Power Platform.
Extensive experience in PowerShell and scripting to support administration and automation of Microsoft 365 technologies.
Strong understanding of Release Management processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Meritorious
Experience in Power Platform Governance is a plus.
Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment 6 months with Perido, and after that a permanent employment at Axel Johnson International for the right person. Start as soon as possible, by agreement with both parties.
