Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout the NCE regions. We seek to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas NCE the best place to work. The Dispatching team belongs to Service Operations, where the task is to keep on setting the order of the things that will happen in field services, in accordance with the processes, instructions, business rules and best knowledge. The dispatching team are the spiders in the web and deal with streamlining the workload and factors impacting the planning of it, ensuring that the flow will be stable, and technicians will have work to do. Located at the regional Malmö office, the Team leader will be heading the North Sweden Service dispatching team.
Responsibilities
As the Team leader you are responsible for developing the team of currently 7 persons to tackle the issues faced in the service business that is growing fast. Another important aspect of the work is to ensure our service levels live up to our customers' expectations. Your areas of responsibilities include:
Heading the dispatching team, including hiring, development, and performance management of the team members
Ensure delivery of the key performance indicators in Service
Ensure internal process compliance and where needed, keep developing and improving the processes to keep developing and optimizing the business
Take part in projects and initiatives to strategically develop the function
Qualifications
Relevant leader experience
Experience from working in an operational part of a business
A good understanding of process- and change management
Good communication skills, with impactful written and spoken communication in English and Swedish
Experience with Microsoft office tools. Experience from SAP and Salesforce is a merit
