Axis is now looking for a Teamleader, to join our Marcom team within our Corporate Marketing department in Lund.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Marketing Communications team is responsible for strategic elements of branding and marketing, ensuring consistency in marketing communications throughout the organization. We are responsible for organizing international tradeshows and conferences and produce marketing materials such as collateral, illustrations, advertisements, newsletters, web banners, photos and videos.
As Teamleader, your main responsibilities will be to lead, plan, execute and follow up each video/photo/illustration project to ensure brief, deadlines and result are achieved.
You should have full control of all projects in pipe-line including production plan, priorities, allocate resources, budget, schedules and meetings.
You will work close with your team and other departments and follow up that each step of the project is approved and deadlines are followed.
This role also includes work such as:
• Develop and implement video and photo strategy, guidelines and processes.
• Motivate and lead the team in their daily work.
• Administration work such as documentation, quotations and cost follow up.
• Negotiation and coordination with external resources such as production companies, photographers, video editors, copywriters, art directors etc.
• Evaluate and follow up the outcome as well as monitor statistics.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Axis is looking for a driven, structured and service-minded individual with experience in project leading within video and photo.
We expect you to be able to handle multiple activities simultaneously without being stressed. You should have strong organizational skills and attentive to details. We believe you are an outgoing, customer oriented and motivated team leader that can work independently and drive project towards common goals as well build long-term relationships with Axis colleagues and external suppliers.
You should have knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
CORPORATE MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Corporate Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning, in accordance with the company's overall goals and business strategy. Marketing communication is part of the Corporate Marketing department, where the team works close with the local subsidiaries and other departments of the organization.
