Customer Service Disputes is an international department with 40+ members representing eight different countries and you will be leading a team of 10-15, out of our three sub-departments. The Service Center is a central part of Klarna and your team will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction as well as improving our company. The number of consumers who shop with Klarna is constantly increasing and today we have over ten million customers choosing to shop online with us! A large and increasing volume also means more work for our fantastic Service Center and therefore, we are looking for an energetic and confident Team Manager.

As Disputes Team Manager Germany and Austria you will lead the daily work of a team of about 10-15 people, you will report to the Disputes Process Owner. This is a newly created position and we are looking for someone to lead a capable team in Stockholm and manage the collaboration with our outsourced partner in Germany. The team mainly works with handling customers in- and outbound emails and calls. The current challenges are to continue to build up a world class disputes function as well as to bring new ideas and thoughts into the current set up - for us to continue to deliver a good result and a great service to our customers.

In the role you have responsibility for personnel, including, performance management and follow-up, coaching, recruitment administration etc. You are responsible of planning and implementation of the short- and long-term development of the team along with the Process Owner. We moreover expect you to be a role model for Klarna's values and make sure the team works according to Klarna's core values.

Responsibilities
• Coordination of the work carried out within the team
• Writing new and develop existing development routines and instructions
• Responsibility for ensuring that Klarna's policies and internal rules are known and followed

To succeed in this position you need to be able to communicate your ideas and get everyone on board, to structure work tasks over a range of people and functions, an attention to detail as well as to continuously push for progress and improvements within the department and the company. Previous Team Manager/ Team Leader experience in Customer Services (or similar) and German language skills are required.
