Business Unit Distribution Sweden operates the largest electricity distribution network in Sweden. Job Description
Do you want to be an enabler of renewable energy transition through electrification?
We are now looking for a procurement professional to fill the position as Team Manager Tactical Sourcing in Procurement Distribution Sweden. The role sits within Staff Function Procurement and provides support to BU Distribution Sweden.
In this role, the emphasis will be on the management of a team working with source to contract initiatives related to construction projects and equipment tenders and call-offs through renewed competition within existing framework agreements.
The opportunity
As Team Manager you will have an overall managerial responsibility for leading the team of sourcing professionals within the area of construction projects and technical consultant framework agreement call-offs.
Responsibilities within the role is team and people management and development, process development, and achieving set goals for the team.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and distribute tasks and activities within the tactical team
Plan resource requirements in order to achieve a balance between upcoming demand and the capacity available in the team
Plan and follow-up cost center budget based on approved resource requirements and other cost items
Ensure legal compliance associated with the source to contract process for the construction project category and specifically linked to e.g. LUF and Compliance
Ensure process compliance linked to the purchasing process for the construction category contracts
Coach and motivate the team as a whole and its individual team members
Develop competencies and capabilities of team as a whole and its individual team members

Qualifications
Relevant education, preferably including post high school education within relevant field
3-5 years of relevant working experience as strategic buyer in energy, utility or infrastructure industry
Experience from leading teams in the role of Team Leader or Manager
Good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
Ability to work across relevant business functions e.g. Asset Investment, Program- and Project Management, Controlling, Legal etc. to deliver complete and fit solutions within the area of responsibility
Optional experiences and skills
Knowledge of EU tender law (LUF in Sweden)
Knowledge and experience from general terms and conditions typically used in supply of good, services and construction projects in Sweden e.g. ABK, NL, AB/ABT
Knowledge of energy business, understanding of regulated DSO
