WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are on an exciting growth journey and we are looking for a positive, confident and driven leader to drive change and help us take the next step.

As a Team Leader for the Sales team you will be a part of an engaged team with passion for sales, marketing and communication. You will report to our Head of Business Development and coach our team of Country Managers and Key Account Managers. Your main task will be to coach, manage the sales team and sales development. However, you will also manage accounts to be able to grasp what it means.

You will engage in analysis and work closely with each individual to achieve results. You will perform, monitor and follow up on different sales activities to increase revenues. But most of all, you will energize and motivate our team, and empower them to new heights in sales.

In addition to driving change, you will also work with lead generation by identifying, initiating and developing new opportunities and prospective clients in different markets.

You will:

Manage a team of 7 direct reports; Country Managers and Key Account Managers for the US/UK, France, Italy and Germany
Be a part of strategic planning and in setting and meeting the annual sales budget
Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
Develop action plans to meet or exceed established benchmarks
Use your creativity, structure and strategic ability, and most of all your engaging people skills to drive activities and motivate your team
Support the marketing organization through development of actionable reporting and analysis, establish and track benchmarks
Participate in and drive various sales and marketing activities and events, in order to support our sales efforts
Initiate and develop new leads and client relationships via telephone, live meetings and events
Oversee development of product material, advertising opportunities and other promotional activities such as events & PR
Coordinate internal resources, clients and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Work across departments and across teams to achieve results

We expect you to:

Have a University degree
Have 2-5 years of work experience, preferably within sales and/or marketing
Have proven experience of leading others
Be fluent in spoken and written English (every extra language is a plus)
