As a Team Leader in Fraud Detection and Analytics you will manage a team of five agents who are detecting and preventing fraud in the Nordics. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, analyzing and interpreting data in order to detect suspected fraud patterns. You will coach and support members of staff, maintain fraud policy and make changes to prevent and detect fraud.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with statistical analyses in a business environment
• Excellent English oral and written presentation skills
• BSc in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years experience within a Leadership and/or Fraud role
• Experience with communication to senior executives, stakeholders and external partners
• Experience with programming and/or statistical modelling (SQL, SAS, R or similar)

You have an exceptional ability to break down business and operational findings into actionable insight. You have a passion for solving complex business problems and the ability to effectively challenge the status quo.
