Volvo IT's Order Coordination & Procurement department is now looking for a Team leader that is going to work with Hands on treatment (HOT) and User Requested Services (URS). The team has City of Stockholm as costumer so you need to be proficient in the Swedish language. The Hands on treatment group is working mostly with Case management and warranty service. The URS group works mostly with ordering hardware, change of owners, moving client equipment, ending subscriptions, etc.
As a Team Leader you will be working with the delegation from the Line Manager, which has the overall responsibility for the group and you will report back and provide the Line Manager with information about activities and plans. The team leader participates in business development by carrying out work within an established area. You will be responsible for the team's deliveries as per agreements and responsible for ensuring that the team's resource limits are kept to, and that deadlines are respected. As a Team leader you will also be responsible for and co-ordinates the team's activities. The team leaders also plans, co-ordinates, implements and monitors the team's activities and are responsible for disseminating information within the team.
Qualifications:
For this position you need to have good leadership competence and you need to be professional in your approach to the co-worker. You need to be an organized and structured person that are able to have necessary dialogs and coach the team so the group are able to reach targets and to accomplish efficiency.
The general qualifications are that you have an adequate academic qualification and that you are a communicative team-player with a proactive mind-set and flexible in your way of working. You have deep skills in documentation and you have to have the ability establish and maintain good relations and also have the ability to work in global, multi-cultural organization. You also have to be proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
