OUR OFFER TO YOU
As Polypeptide 's Team Leader for ERP and Business Application Services you will be part of the global IT department and head up the ERP and Business application services team consisting of currently 5 employees but will likely be increased. You will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to senior management, engaged in the running and planning of the global ERP solution and business applications, maintenance/development all through its life cycle.
You will be a part of a new interesting journey of building up a new team working with ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics AX and business applications on a local and global basis.
You are the essential link between IT and business groups, with a primary focus on our Global ERP Solution Microsoft Dynamics AX. You will be responsible for application maintenance support and you will have daily contact with business stakeholders and the suppliers support organization.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead the ERP and business applications team through recently established Governance model.
• Lead the Microsoft Dynamics AX and business applications roadmap
• Lead and coordinate daily work with local and global employees.
• Lead documentation work for all current and new ERP and business applications.
• Driving changes for ERP and business applications and participate in CAB meetings and be responsible for business application changes and demands.
• Work with Application supplier and secure agreements, communication and processes
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that ERP and business applications are addressing the business requirements.
• Produce key messages, presentations and strategic documents to support awareness, interest and secure the buy-in for IT with stakeholders throughout the organization on all levels.
• Facilitate the understanding of ERP and business applications initiatives/projects and ensure decisions around budget, priority and management.
As Team Manager you will be the point of contact for the business users to fulfill applications demand and requirements to ensure their operation on a day to day basis and is technical responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of the applications. You will be responsible for the communication around the solutions and applications with third parties(vendors and suppliers). You will work close with the supplier support organization to have continuity of monitoring incident tickets for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
IN ADDITION...
You will report to the Global IS/IT Director. Position is located in Malmö, but your responsibility is global.

WHO ARE YOU?
You are a good leader and communicator and have a structured way of working with business to develop ERP and business applications services.
• IT and/or IS education (University or similar)
• Several years ' experience of leading ERP and business applications team in a medium sized company
• Several years ' experience Solution Management for preferably MS Dynamics AX in a medium sized company.
• Experience of working in an international environment
• ERP experience, strong knowledge of MS Dynamics Ax 2012
• Experience of working with test/validation and changes in a structured way
• Background within the Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial and good knowledge of ITIL, GMP, PM3, GAMP and validation.
