www.engelska.se Internationella Engelska Skolan in Uppsala is a Swedish elementary school, grades 4 to 9. We are a bilingual school (Swedish and English) and about half of our excellent teachers and staff come from abroad, giving the school a strong international profile.
For the Autumn term year 2021 we seek a qualified French teacher to cover a parental leave. The position is 100% and mentor ship is included. You are driven by the achievements of your students and colleagues and you have a collaborating mindset to further your own success in an exceptional school. You know that the social environment is fundamental for student learning and therefore it is self-evident for you to work with your colleagues to ensure a calm, safe and secure work environment. You are a teacher who believes in students' individual ability to succeed in their studies. You help them through self-awareness in their learning processes so that they can see their own progress as a foundation for their self-confidence, both socially and academically.

International English School in Uppsala opened its doors in August 2011, with four parallel classes in grades 4 to 9 comprising just over 740 students and 70 staff. The school is located in the southern parts of Uppsala just 25km north of The Swedish National Airport Arlanda.
