Our vision is to empower publishers to run (distributed) commerce on their own platforms;
including shopping carts, checkout, payment as well as serving real time statistical data. We want to be the transactional backbone for anyone that wants to sell anything on their site. We synchronise millions of products from hundreds of merchants into one product catalog from which customers can start building their own on-demand marketplace that will be integrated on their own site. On top of this we are responsible for keeping financial data consistent to make sure payments are going to the correct receiver.
Our clients are the major media houses in Scandinavia, Germany, France and USA. Our international expansion will continue during 2020, so more countries will come, and that's why we need you on our team.
The role will initially be focusing on talent acquisition (80%), and then gradually increase the culture-building and employer retention initiatives
As a Talent & Culture Manager, you will:
• Be responsible for attracting/sourcing and hiring professional candidates ensuring a world-class candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their specific people needs and build tailored recruitment strategies to deliver against them
• Coach, support & challenge hiring team using your recruitment expertise to ensure we hire the best talent in the market and be a recruitment expert when it comes to tech talent specifically
• In partnership with our Marketing team work with Employer Branding initiatives, plan and coordinate our ambitions to build an attractive and authentic employer brand
• In parallel with Talent acquisition, support the CEO in setting up Culture- and Employer Retention -programs
• Setup and maintain suitable platforms for the abovementioned needs, such as Teamtailor, and other employer retention/culture platforms
You have:
• Experience in full-cycle tech recruitment
• Previously worked in the tech industry where you hired both tech and sales
• Understanding of selection methods and techniques
• A search expert who knows where to find the best talent
• Experience in leading TA processes independently in an organization and great stakeholder management skills
• An interest and understanding of Employer Branding strategies
• A flair for candidate care
• Business level of English in speaking a writing
• Self-driven, problem solving mindset
• Experience in working with cloud based HR platforms such as Teamtailor
