WHO YOU ARE
You have the experience of working within talent management and succession, either on a country or a group level. What is a strong motivation factor for you is to work with people processes, systems and ways of working. You have a good understanding of how to design processes and have the capability to contribute to a holistic talent development vision.

As a person you have strong collaborations skills. We also are looking for someone with the capability to contribute to a holistic talent development vision. You are a self-driven, but can also work together with others.

To succeed as a Talent Leader, you will need:

• Min 5 year of experience within talent management/or people and culture
• Proven experience as leader of team
• International experience preferred
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Global Talent team you will have the opportunity to build a new approach to how we establish, drive and lead succession at Ingka. We are looking for a curious leader to help us develop our global ways of working, digitalize our processes, and build improved development journeys for all us co-workers that will allow us to attract, retain and develop talent. Within the People Operations Transformation (POT), you will help us transform into a lean and agile IKEA fit for growth. You will have the opportunity to simplify, digitalize and automate people processes that result in better candidates and co-worker experiences globally. You will be responsible, in partnership with Group Talent Pipeline and the pilot countries, to develop the foundation for how we simplify and digitalize our ways of working for the Ingka generations to come.

Some of the many task would be to:

• Contribute to the development of the succession framework, concept and ways of working.
• Drive the process development in the area of succession
• Be responsible to clarify and decide on conceptual questions
• Contribute to the wished co-worker experience and service delivery design
• Act as speaking partner and enabler around process and conceptual design
• Support process migration, testing and knowledge transfer
• Implements process succession, co-worker experience measurement and reporting
• Drives global process innovation, continuous improvement and automation
• Work cross functional when needed
