At Axel Arigato, we have set out our vision to "Create the Present, Shape the future and Inspire generations". We are anticipating a 75% growth each year in the next four years, with new Retail Stores as well as new offices in Europe, China, and the U.S. To secure our Vision and this growth - we need to strengthen our People & Culture Team with an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for strategy, tactics, and implementation of our recruitment strategy
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process in Sweden, UK, France and Denmark with more countries added as we expand. You will have an important role in our future growth, working closely with hiring managers and building relations with potential candidates and ensure a top of the class candidate journey. This also implies working proactively researching and keeping in touch with profiles that might fit future needs and establish a good understanding of the business need and set up candidate profiles aligned with those.
This is a perfect role for an individual passionate about attracting and hiring the right talent for the right positions at the right time and looking for a career in an international environment who understands the importance of employer branding and how to build a strong employer brand.
The P&C team at Axel Arigato today consist of three people and you would be the fourth team member with more to come. You will be part of a professional and open-minded team in which you will have the possibility to lead your own work, form your own role, inspire others and get inspired. If you have a broader interest in People & Culture-related tasks we appreciate that as some traditional HRBP responsibilities will be a part of the job alongside the main task which is the full-cycle recruitment process.
The tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Candidate sourcing, screening and assessing candidates
• Competency based recruitment trainings to hiring managers
• Supporting department managers through the recruitment process
• Managing the candidate experience
• Conducting Interviews through phone, Teams and face to face
• Being responsible for handling contacts and liaison with global recruitment agencies
• Developing and improving talent acquisition strategies
• Communication, feedback and support to candidates through the recruitment process
• Writing and editing ads and ensure job postings are published in relevant channels
• Responsible to update and develop our recruitment website
• Support managers during the recruitment process
• Compiling & sending candidates formal job offers
• Perform broader P&C tasks and projects
• Do parts of a traditional HRBP role
• Work with employer branding
• Close cooperation with your colleges within the P&C team
• System owner of our recruitment system
As you probably figured, this is a high paced role with great possibilities of improving the internal process and make sure that we continue being viewed as an attractive employer. However - it will also require a lot from you. Both in terms of skills within recruitment and employer branding, but also when it comes to grit and taking initiative.
To be successful in this position you are attracted to the business side of the fashion industry and realize the importance of continuous improvements in both big and small. You have a genuine interest in the talent aspect of P&C and is looking for a workplace guided by Diversity, Respect, Openness and Passion. You understand the importance of working with competency-based recruitment and want to be highly involved in the pre- and on-boarding process.
In terms of more formal requirements, we expect you to have the following:
• A bachelor's degree within Human Resources or equivalent working experience
• Solid working experience within recruitment and independently run the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Experience in working closely with hiring managers and senior management
• Capable of creating/building structure whilst remaining agile and having good administrative skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Experience in search, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Good knowledge of Swedish is a bonus.
• A mindset that is curious, embraces change and want to develop yourself as well as the company.
• Experience in building and maintaining relations with recruitment agencies.
• Excellent people skills.
• A mindset that sees diversity, equity and inclusion as natural parts of your everyday work and approach
• Good knowledge of labour law in Sweden and or UK/France/Denmark
• Great LinkedIn skills.
• Experience in assessment tools
• Interest and experience in employer branding are considered a plus
• Experience from search with the fashion industry is considered a plus
