About the job
This role plays an important part in the overall support to Talent Acquisition (TA) in Sweden and Denmark where you 're planning and coordinating Employer branding activities (job fairs, social media etc) as well as to support in recruitment processes with pre-screening, references taking etc. You will also support in TA related projects.
Who you are
You are a structured and self-motivated performer, with an agile mind-set and a passion for how to enable and create value in a global context. You are motivated by networking across business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment to reach your goals. You are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and enjoy initiating projects taking the lead ensuring good results.
What you know
You are used to work in a digital and agile way and have experience in project management as well as stakeholder management. It 's a must that you have been working with TA in a global setting and that you are fluent in English.
