Would you like to use your skills abroad? Our international recruitment program (known internally as Marco Polo), is specifically designed for a first professional experience outside your home country. It offers you the opportunity to discover TAC, a company of Schneider Electric, over a two year period, and to gain experience in a multicultural environment. After this first period, your professional career will continue in your home country.
Responsibilities:
• Work abroad for two years in the R&D department in Boston, USA
• Complete special research projects
• Participate in cutting edge development projects
• Lead small projects
Return to Sweden to pursue career in the Malm?, R&D department, working on high company value projects with talented and motivated staff.
Requirements:
• Excellent opportunity for a recent bright, motivated graduate
• BS or MS required, with strong knowledge in Computer Science
• MBA preferable
• Strong leadership potential
• Adaptable and open to other cultures
• Geographically mobile
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Fluent in English, with a second language a plus
• Ability to develop networks
• Team spirited
• Pro-active and takes initiative
