Job Description:
Based from our office in Kista, the successful candidate will be charged with providing technical support and consultancy to our customers on our Axxia products. The candidate will be interfacing directly between our Customers and LSI System & Field Applications Engineers, Software Developers and Sales employees based in Sweden and in other LSI regions. The candidate will possess the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technologies, develop and manage customer relationships and possess the technical aptitude, ability and willingness to learn new technology.
The candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in embedded computing/systems relative to telecommunication networks, particularly Real Time Operating Systems such as Linux, OSE, VxWorks. A working knowledge of Embedded Processors such as ARM, PPC and networking Protocols and technologies such as LTE, 3G, DHCP is also highly desired.
Requirements/Qualifications (Education):
• Bachelor Science in Computer Science or Electronics
• Minimum 2 years experience in Linux Operating Systems
• Working knowledge and understanding of Embedded Processors - ARM
• Technical aptitude - ability to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently
• Fluency in Swedish and English
