Job Description
We are now looking for a IT Manager to join our global IT organization. The IT manager will be responsible for the Swedish IT team and also for the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure. The team in Sweden is one of two teams and is responsible for support and development of the IT infrastructure within the Systemair group. In addition to the responsibility of the Swedish IT organization, you will also work globally with developing the IT infrastructures.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Manage the Swedish IT infrastructure team of 6 employees
• Ensure stable and efficient delivery of all standard IT services, IT infrastructure and application management
• Plan, manage, coordinate and ensure the delivery of ongoing IT infrastructure projects
• Drive harmonization and standardization of the infrastructure
• Responsible for a well-functioning relationship, regarding services and solutions in IT operations and infrastructure with suppliers
• Maintain an organization for infrastructure and operating services that create efficiency, both cost-flexibility and quality (SLA)
Qualifications and Experience
You have at least five year experience from working with IT Infrastructure. Experience from working as a manager is considered a merit but is not a requirement. You have good knowledge of Windows, Exchange and networking. Experience from running IT projects and creation and implementation of technical standards and processes is required.
As a person you are well organized, target-oriented, service minded and have the capability to prioritize. It's also important that you have a strong drive to deliver and constantly develop and improve the organization Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to teach, coach and persuade in English is required. The role is operational but you will also work strategic together with the CIO. It is also important that you can adapt to different cultures since you will be working in a global environment.
