About the job
In this position, you're responsible for building and maintaining our Stibo PIM system, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with our existing IT infrastructure and supports business needs. You lead the development of processes, governance and documentation that make the system scalable, secure and future proof. By proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements, you build a foundation that supports our business's growth and innovation. You collaborate closely with teams like Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to ensure the system delivers real business value.
You:
Ensure the PIM system meets data quality, security, and compliance standards.
Establish governance structures and maintain accurate process documentation.
Act as the main point of contact for all PIM-related matters.
Drive system improvements and lead stakeholder meetings.
Support integration with product lifecycle management systems.
Provide training and support to users to ensure high adoption and usage.
The position is based in Fagersta, Sweden, with a hybrid work setup that supports flexibility and work-life balance.
Your profile
You have a solid understanding of PIM platforms, data management, and system integration. You're familiar with change management and compliance, and ideally, you've worked with Stibo or similar PIM/PLM systems. Experience as a system owner is a strong advantage, and knowledge of SaaS is a plus. You communicate fluently in English, and Swedish is a bonus.
You're analytical, proactive, and solution oriented. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences makes you a trusted partner across the organization. You thrive in cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders with ease, and bring a collaborative, driven, and improvement-focused mindset to everything you do.
