We currently have the following job opening;
System Manager - Powertrain Calibration
The powertrain controls and calibration module team delivers complete control system solutions for new upcoming vehicles, including electrified variants. This is an exciting mission where you will play an important role in building up the operations. Your responsibility will be to lead the driveline software calibration work performed by the global organization.
The module team consists of four different areas, i.e. project, hardware, software and calibration for the complete powertrain. You will be placed in the calibration area, but work in a cross-functional team with colleagues in Sweden and China.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Responsible for the calibration of the powertrain software functions for all drive line configurations
• Plan and coordinate calibration activities across the global organisation
• Work closely together with attribute leaders to secure the targeted performance, driveability and fuel consumption
• Verify and approve the final calibration
• Communicate calibration status towards stakeholders
• Manage activities related to maintenance , e.g. model year updates and field quality issues
Requirements
• Engineering degree at M.Sc. level or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience from powertrain calibration
• Minimum 1 year experience in a leading position
• Excellent ability to cooperate within a global organisation
• Quick and efficient in problem resolving
• Fluent in English
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
• Car driving license
• Ability to travel occasionally
