Division Command and Control now seeks to reinforce its system integration section with additional integrators.
Your role
As a system integrator your primary focus are the system-wide aspects. You assemble software components, modules and sub-systems to larger systems. You understand these systems. You are the glue between hardware, software, system architecture and design. You bring ideas together.
You have experience of and want to to work with
• large systems and their system-wide aspects – you do not mind writing snippets of code, supporting the development environment, building software, configuring software and hardware and verifying integration with tests and installation

• maintain and support project reference sites
• system configuration including networks
• planning, design and execution of integration tests

• integration processes and methods
Your qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or the equivalent. You have previous experience of software and hardware integration from larger projects. You are analytical and have an aptitude for fault finding and resolution. Most of our systems are developed in C, C++, Ada and Java. Preferably, you have experience from software development with at least 2 of the above languages.
As we have begun transition to continuous integration and deployment as well as the use of virtualization we consider such skills a plus. You are fluent with many of the following tools: Linux, Windows, gdc, SVN, Jira, HW, RPM, networks and scripting languages preferably Python.
You are self-motivated and driven. The integrator role requires you to have contact with project managers, verifiers, developers, architects and at times customers.
