Carton Economy is responsible for Development and Engineering of a product portfolio, with the strategic intention of enabling Tetra Pak to build a new customer and consumer base in the developing and emerging markets with low purchasing power. The product portfolio needs to meet the value chain demands on products produced in simple and robust packaging lines with a low cost profile targeted to reach mass markets. We are now looking for a System Engineer to join our team.
You will be part of a multifunctional system where you will be working as a spider in the web (mechanical, automation, physics and chemistry) thus working with different competence groups which also include our Marketing& Product Management organisation. Your main responsibilities in product development are to; manage the technical requirements of the total system and it's main interfaces, manage the architecture and structure on an entire system, manage technical changes on a system level and document, track and communicate the systems technical maturity during the life time of the project
You will also:
• Be a part of the Core Team in Product development projects and take responsibility of quality (requirement cascading and follow up and risk management), cost (budget) and time (planning) of System Engineering related activities
• Lead different extended teams in System Engineering related tasks in product development
• Prepare, present and document all the base of decision material to technical governance body, SDRM

Kvalifikationer
To be successful you will need to have excellent communications skills with the ability to translate unclear requirements to something clear and understandable. You need to feel comfortable working with change management, both as a receiving part and as the one driving implementation of the changes. Leading in an informal way being the one that facilitates and drives the discussion is a natural way of acting for you. You have a curiosity and an interested in complex technical solutions.
We believe that you have educational background with a Technical University Degree and at least 3-4 years of working with System Engineering, being part of technical product development.
