Your role
As a System Engineer at CAMO and Logistic Services, your work along with the unit's is a part of the continuing airworthiness. We are now looking for new employees who want to be part of this important work!
It depends on your qualifications and experience which role here at CAMO and Logistic Services that suits you the best. We are searching for two new employees: one will have duties in analyzing manuals and documentation provided by the manufacturer, producing technical directives (TO) for aircraft maintenance, performing analysis as well as technical investigations and working with maintenance programs and publications. The second employee we are searching for will work in the maintenance management system with implementation and planning of technical directives such as Service Bulletins (SB) and Airworthiness Directives (AD), aircraft registrations and technical records. Your personality is important to us!
The main work is performed on the Swedish Armed Forces aircrafts, helicopters, unmanned vehicles (UAV), ground support equipment (GSE) and safety equipment. The work is performed in the Swedish Armed Forces maintenance management system. Some travels within Sweden are required.
Your profile
Regardless of which of the positions described above that suits you best, it is important to understand our customers' needs and to maintain a good relation with our customers. It is important that you can structure your work and that you are able to make your own decisions within established regulations and laws. You have skills to find solutions and intercept the customers' needs.
We see that you have an education in and/ or experience of maintenance planning and understanding of maintenance directives. Experience from a technical and/ or an administrative work with helicopter systems, JAS 39 Gripen or other civilian or military aircraft systems is desireble. An advantage is if you have proven experience regarding continuing airworthiness.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written are required, as well as Driving license B.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

We are a part of Support and Services, a business unit within Saab, that you can read more about here. The department CAMO and Logistic Services consists of four sections with 80 employees located in Linköping, Arboga, Såtenäs, Järfälla, Luleå, Växjö and Uppsala. We are working with maintenance programs, reliability, system management, logistic planning and to establish routines, directives and regulations for our customers maintenance activities.
Our main customers are The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and the Swedish Armed Forces (FM). The department is also working in larger projects within Saab.
