About Group IT
Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Assignment specification
As system analyst you develop SAS applications by analyzing the business processes and requirements within credit risk area. Several of the projects are related to financial regulations, regarding capital adequacy and credit risk management.
Your primary objectives are to ensure:
The stability of the system/platform and environments are protected. The correct SAS components are built and released. Satisfaction of rrojects and maintenance team with your deliveries
You are responsible for:
Analyzing requirements and creating design guidelines for the SAS platform, as well as documenting the design specifications and models for software development. Project Support and planning projects together with managers, project managers, architects and project team members. Maintenance and troubleshooting related to business platform, system model, SAS platform Maintain and develop business competence, related to our credit risk platform. Participate in bug-fixing, problem solving, troubleshooting and impact analysis.
Moreover, you will:
Spread relevant information about changes implemented by you to the involved stakeholders, and the maintenance team. Support and participate in the projects during the design, development, and test phases. Troubleshoot issues in the project environments and production environment. Serve as subject matter expert within your domain area.

Experience of working with SAS platform, SAS tools is preferable. Driven and have the strong will to learn SAS platform and SAS tools. Strong will to learn Credit Risk calculation and Risk management systems. Experience of developing processes (workshops and documentation) Good analytical and documentation skills Taking initiative to drive projects forward. Give attention to details. Great team player and adequate collaboration skills. Project participation experience Experience in agile development methods is preferable. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
