Who we are
The group Electric Drive Controls SW at Volvo Cars is part of Propulsion Power System.
We are responsible for delivering system solution and SW functionality for the Inverters in our electrified vehicles. Our vision is to deliver the best functionality in the market and continuously evolve our development platform.
The group consist of 13 enthusiastic people with a mix of gender, ages and nationalities.
High focus on collaboration and communication within the group and it is good cohesion between the group members.

Who are you
You are social open, are not afraid for new challenges and bring positive energy to the group
You have an education within SW engineering, Mechatronic or have an equivalent competence.
You have a relevant job experience relative to SW development and you are great with oral, written and visual communication and presentation in English. As Volvo develop cars, you have a Driver license B.
It is meritorious if you like to lead and inspire team members and are open for new perspective.
Autosar and Scrum knowledge are great skills to bring into the team but is not a demand.
What you will do
In the role of Software responsible you will be responsible for the coordinating the SW development for the inverter control module in future and ongoing vehicle programs and work together with your colleagues in an agile Team.
You will work together with our Inhouse SW development and be Single point of contact towards our international suppliers.
You will analyse and assign tasks to the backlog and report status and progress to the Product Owner.
You will be responsible for deploying the SW to factory and aftermarket. It is meritorious if you have worked with DTECS before.
