hela Sverige A successful candidate is a skilled FPGA engineer with lab experience with 5 or more years of IP module design & verification experience
Work will be carried out in ESD protected LAB, 25%, and the other 75% work can be carried out remotely from office area.
Both written and spoken English skills are required. Personal profile should also include a positive attititude, a desire to assist fellow engineers, structured way of working, care with details and a natural talent in communicating with others.
You enjoy working both independently and in a small diverse and you are focused on reaching result on time. As a person you must be thorough and able to work with many different people.
The work will be carried out in a cross functional team using Agile ways of working.
2.1 Required qualifications
• Excellent measurement skills
• Experienced in Altera or Xilinx tools
• Experience of FPGA design
• Experience of synthesis and constraints
• Experienced in Linux/Unix environment
• Good scripting skills using e.g. Python, Perl, BASH and Tcl
• Knowledge in VHDL and Verilog
• Knowledge of reading schematics and layouts
• Electrical component and PCB knowledge
• Knowledge of high speed protocols
• Knowledge of electrical characteristics of digital IOs
• Knowledge of FPGA integration
• Knowledge of Hardware design/systemization
• Knowledge about Agile ways of working is a plus
Digital designer:
Have no similar detailed list of requirements for this position, but some points are;
• Genuine HW-development profile of the person.
• Must have experience in a variety of digital high speed interface (the person will work with 10 Gbps interface)
• Able schematic
• Be good at lab work
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Experience of Signal Integrity
• Experience of Power Integrity
• Seniority expected
