We are looking for a SVP for Technology to build the future together with highly engaged, committed and very experienced colleagues.
The purpose of this position is to lead this dynamic organization through the ongoing cultural transformation, towards the guiding star of being the entrepreneurs on the edge of Technology" . Besides being the cultural ambassador you should maintain, support and develop a machine and service portfolio that delivers high customer value and quality.
This position is accountable for the efficient execution of the project portfolio plan (New Product Development NPD), the responsive and agile maintenance of the current offer in the markets and the long term product management (Advanced Technology) balancing conventional and disruptive technologies in terms of budget and resources. The head of technology is leading an empowered and accountable organization of around 1800 engineers, designers and technology colleagues. This leader is responsible for driving the PPD process in order to deliver highly cost efficient, profitable products and systems.

Required knowledge & experience:
• At least 10 Years experience leading business and leading leaders (experience of leading global teams is an asset)
• At least 10 years experience in engineering design or systems management
• Experience in solving complex problems and recognizing future customer opportunities with strategic business thinking
• Innovative and strategic thinker
• Proved empowering leadership skills
• Travel required globally
