To succeed as a Sustainability Transformation Leader, we are looking for the following:
Senior leadership within Ingka/IKEA
Experience from working with business transformation and change management
Leading business agendas across IKEA and external stakeholders in a collaborative way, delivering results through others.
A day in your life with us
The most important thing you will do as the Sustainability Transformation Leader is to accelerate the transformation of Ingka Group into a People & Planet Positive organisation. That can be done in many ways, but this role will be focusing on process development and project management. We have so many great ideas we want to implement and now it 's time to do that. This is where you are important!
Examples of different tasks you might do in this role:
Develop and deliver the 3-year transformation plan, ensuring we turn the strategy into action and enables Ingka to deliver on People & Planet Positive 2030 vision and goals
As part of the transformation plan, leading, supporting and follow up related projects during their different phases, securing delivery within scope, time, and cost frame, applying relevant project management or agile methods and tools
Defining and anchoring ways of working, roles and responsibilities and processes to maximise the benefits of interdependent leadership with key functions.
You will report to Sustainability Transformation Manager, and the position is placed in Malmö, Sweden.
