About the role
You'll partner with the DXO (Data Experience Organization) Data & Analytics team to develop the Electrolux Group model for data review, insights, and analytics. Your focus will be on supporting our Sustainability Domain by owning and managing data products relating to our company's sustainability KPIs and targets. You will play a fundamental role in supporting our sustainability goals and providing consumers with more sustainable homes through highly relevant innovations produced in a sustainable way.
As the Product Owner, you'll be the conductor of a data orchestra, leading a team with a wide range of expertise. Your focus will be to create harmony, guide the development of data products as a subject matter expert, and ensure data consistency across all systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Insights
Design data collection & enrichment methods for sustainability data.

Assess data reliability, define analysis approaches, and partner with data scientists on hypotheses & methods.
Collaborate with other tech teams for seamless data flow.

Aggregate & analyse internal/external data sources to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.

Product Management
Bridge product & development: translate strategy into user-centric features & success metrics.
Prioritize & plan: manage roadmap, backlog, & expectations aligned with company goals.
Deliver on time: drive team efficiency, prioritize sprints, & ensure product delivery.
Communication: clearly communicate new features & document for users.

Quality assurance: own user testing & sign-offs.

Stakeholder management: manage internal stakeholders & address product development questions.
Problem-solving: identify & resolve product roadblocks.

Data-driven decisions: analyse user data to inform future product direction.

Who you are
Excellent collaborator & communicator: You have proven ability to form and coordinate strong cross-functional teams with varying business partners promoting a strong sense of "we're all in it together". You proactively educate and influence stakeholders, peers, and colleagues into the right ways of working with sustainability data.
Data-driven - You naturally leverage data and drive optimization; you have a strong business acumen and analytical mind. You have experience in coordinating analytics and data science projects and teams. You have experience with Breaking down deliverables, planning releases, and monitoring product performance.
Change ambassador - You embrace and promote change within the organization and leverage your experience and insights to educate, inspire, and motivate your colleagues
Agile - You are familiar with working with agile teams, have a sense of urgency, analyzing and adapting to different situations, quickly understanding changes and reacting confidently and decisively. Demonstrated ability to learn fast and a hunger for continuous learning.
Translator - You can act as a bridge between business and technical teams, being the translator of business requirements into concrete analytical solutions.

Requirements
Min 3-5 years experience in the field of data & analytics

Previous experience in working as a Product Owner and Agile methods in the Data & Analytics field
Ability to apply and advise on current analytical and quantitative tools and modeling techniques to derive business insights, solve complex business problems, and improve decisions
Strong ability to synthesize and convey knowledge & information, as well as to facilitate learning and coach others in gaining specific competencies.
Experienced handling of a wide range of analytical tools and applications

Forward-looking working style, ability to work in a team with a high level of commitment
Strong stakeholder management experience, and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
Previous experience as a Data Engineer or Architect is a plus

Academic degree in (business) computer science or a comparable training

This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm / Stadshagen (Sweden).
