hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the following key role as Supply Planning Coordinator Bohus with responsibilities to support the supply planning cycle of the S&OP process, primarily for Colloidal Silica .
Logistics and Planning Europe is a part of the function Integrated Supply Chain and responsible for the transport and transport equipment purchase for all PPC European plants, optimizing logistic costs and optimizing the planning of our production and related logistics for Sodium Chlorate and Hydrogen Peroxide. A new task for our group is the supply planning globally for Colloidal Silica.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Collecting actual production data from plants
• Maintain three month supply plan
• Ensure formulas and conditional formatting works correctly and gives an accurate result
• Ensure all entries are being conducted on time and in full
• Maintain and update base information
• Prepare required graphs for presentation (Regional S&OP, Global S&OP)
• Prepare supply plan content for Global S&OP meeting each month
• Support the Supply Manager with S&OP strategy work, budgets, scenario evaluations, and longer term planning.
• Work closely with the Demand Manager
• The position will also support activities in Logistics&Planning Department such as damaged frame of a tank container, identify who shall repair, who shall pay and who need to be informed of possible delay in availability of container.
Qualifications:
• Academic degree in Logistics and/or Economy
• Advanced user of Excel is required
• Good knowledge in SAP or other equivalent business tool
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Preferred background in planning & logistics
• As a person you are structured and able to work independent within set strict deadlines. You are skilled in working with numbers and systems and interested in understanding the technical/chemical effects on our fleet of equipment for sodium chlorate and hydrogen peroxide.
