As our Supply Planner you will be responsible for the demand requirements into industrial, traded goods and procurement, through rigorous processes, and ensuring the correct inventory profile for the respective country in the region. You will be owning the IBP and measuring the key process indicators, ensuring the right stock availability for Intercompany & our Commercial Teams.
Your main tasks:
Drive the Integrated Business Planning (machine & material planning).
Review and reports capacity based on Inventory Forecasts supplied from the S&OP.
Provide input into the S&OP (f ex capacity analysis, forecast analysis, load leveling, constraints etc).
Provide factory plan, in line with monthly planning process.
Provide procurement plan, in line with monthly planning process.
In consultation with Demand & Group, maintain planning parameters, inventory profile and stocking policies.
Proactive communication (both internal and external) of current problems to prioritize and ensure a high level of service.
Maintaining very good internal and external relations with other company departments and company branches abroad.
Initiation and participation of preventive and corrective actions (Continuous Improvement process).
Dashboard reporting (adherence to plan, forecast accuracy, inventory days of sales, inventory tracking, days cover, manning utilisation).
Here's what you bring to the table:
Approximate 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within supply chain.
Experience in planning in SAP including RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning).
SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) experience is preferred and highly valued.
University degree. APICS certificate will be an asset.
Experience from working in an international environment, preferably in a matrix organization.
Experience in change processes.
Very good knowledge of analytical tools such as MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
In addition to fluent English, it is beneficial if you have skills in any of the Nordic languages.
