The role
The Commercial Supply Chain Project Manager is an active member of in particular, but not limited to, the projects connected to EuFMD. This means close interactions within the Commercial and Manufacturing Logistic teams, other roles within the organisation and our Distributing partners. The work is executed in a global high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with a variety of other roles and daily interactions with both suppliers and distributing partners. The SOTC and project activities are limited to the end part of the manufacturing chain (finish packs, sample packs and some promotion material).

As the role is newly established there will be a great opportunity to shape it to the needed success where one key build is beside key project deliverables, ensuring that we maintain or increase the high Scientific and Entrepreneurial standards AstraZeneca is known for both internally and externally.

Principal accountabilities:
• The appointment comprise of operative, tactical and strategic administrative within the Logistic boundaries.
• Build and develop effective relationships with colleagues, customers and other colleagues working within our supply chains and in projects where the role holder is a participant.
• Act as the primary point of contact with supplier?s internal network and customers to plan, execute and act on tasks to successfully meet EuFMD demands. Within this lays product portfolio launches, switches and discontinuations.
• Lead and participate in practical problem solving and continuous improvements teams
• Support and back-up other team members.
• Main areas cover project management connected to Sales Order to Cash cycle (SOTC), launch, switches or discontinuations projects.
• All work is conducted in compliance to Good Distribution Practice and FCF (Financial Control Framework) instructions, logistics Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
The role can be based in any Nordic or Baltic office.

Minimum experience
• Education requirements: A degree or equivalent work experience in from supply chain, logistics and distribution activities.
• The role holder must have extensive working experience within the supply chain field and in particular in a global environment. Preferably within, but not limited to, the Pharmaceutical industry.
• You have experience with SAP Business management software and in particular SOTC process. Experience with e.g. Master Data and Business Warehouse modules is beneficial. The role holder has preferably experience in working with external suppliers and in a Commercial enviroment.
• You are fluent in English, both in written and verbally. Beneficial if you speak one or more Nordic or Baltic language at a good level.
• You have good communication and analytical skills and you like to achieve results as part of a team.
• Success factors for the role are proactivity, flexibility, project management experience, team work/building relationships, independence within the role, taking initiatives, driving progress, seeing new opportunities and managing change well.
