Description
Would you like to work in a position with high visibility and get a broad network within Tetra Pak?
People play an essential part in our Process, People and Tools formula to achieve sustainable performance.
The Super User Training Team, part of the Business transformation Office, is looking for a full-time Super User Trainer in finance responsible for the business process and relating IT tools. This will give you a unique opportunity to work across Tetra Pak's business and across the organization worldwide. The position will be based in Lund, Sweden and depending on training location some travel will be required (around 10-15%).
Main responsibilities
• Deliver and develop training to Finance Super Users in accordance with the Super User Training plan. Training will be delivered face-to face as well as via Webinars and self study material (e-learning)
• Deliver training addressing the primary business processes
• Deliver training for the major business process IT tools
• Interact, network and coordinate within the business process community (such as Process Drivers, Process Coaches, Business Experts, SDT)
Qualifications
• Business process experience in the area of Finance. Of special importance is knowledge in the areas of costing, controlling, BOFC and book closing. Finance integration with OFCE and OFSP is an extra merit.
• Business process IT tool knowledge (e.g. SAP ECC, BOFC)
• Pedagogic skills and a desire to teach others.
• Communication skills (coaching, English language, presentation techniques etc.)
• Result oriented (accountable, strong personal drive etc.)
• A desire the share knowledge with others and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to work independent as well as with team member
