Westermo is offering a Summer Job, 6 weeks (June 26th - August 6th).
In this role, you will manage customer orders and technical support requests. The objective with the summer job is to fill-in for staff on summer vacation leave and at the same time offer on the job experience for university students looking for a career within our company's line of business. The position is located at the Westermo Västerås Office.
Qualifications and Personal Skills
We would like you to be a university student with focus on industrial automation or data communications/data science. You must be willing to learn the basic technologies offered by Westermo in order to provide technical support to our customers. In addition, you must also learn our business system in order to expedite customer orders.
You are comfortable in communicating with customers and provide technical support to their quires and purchase orders. You speak fluently Swedish and English. If you speak Finish, that is an advantage.
You are an attentive, goal-oriented team player who likes technique. You are positive and committed, like customer relations and business and you are self-motivated.
