H&M Studios is a creative house for fashion content. We create always on content and campaigns for H&M's full assortment globally. Our mission is to elevate the full assortment, enabling H&M to become a credible fashion brand. We are now looking for a highly qualified and experienced fashion stylist to join one of our Women's teams as Stylist Lead.
As Stylist lead at H&M Studios the primary responsibility is to oversee and develop the styling for an assigned customer group, and we are now looking for someone with the capacity and skillset to take on Divided, Beauty as well as Women's Complements (Underwear, Nightwear, Swimwear, Mama, Accessories and Shoes). This will require extensive competence and knowledge of a broad /varied customer target.
Key responsibilities:
You will actively coach and lead your team of stylist and provide guidance on contemporary & elevated styling and styling techniques.
Ensure that the team is aligned with the overall vision for the customer group in question as well as the upcoming trends.
The success of the styling will depend on your ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively with other key stakeholders.
You will be an essential part of the studio customer group, working in close collaboration with the Studio Manager, Creative Lead, Art Buyers and Production Managers, as well as key stakeholders from Assortment.
You will also play an important part in the strategy as well as the final outcome.
In addition, you will be working operatively as a stylist where you will be hands on and actively involved, styling on set for your customer group.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced fashion stylist. We believe that you have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, styles, people, brands, media, art, and culture. You have vast experience, an eye for detail and a proven track record of success in the fashion industry, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to perform with consistency at speed and on an ongoing basis.
In addition, you have excellent leadership and coaching skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results. You are interested and able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our products are presented in the best possible way.
What you need to succeed:
Advanced understanding of the world of fashion.
Extensive experience working with styling for renowned fashion brands relevant for our customer.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in leading and coaching others.
In depth knowledge regarding the assortment, and the intended styling etc.
