YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You probably have a master's in engineering, natural science or similar, preferably with at least a couple of year's experience from work in a development organization, in project and/or program management. You have interpersonal skills - you're a real network builder and an accomplished communicator. You also have skills in coordination and are a fast learner. You know something about the areas of Axis' R&D and have experience from the world of universities/institutes, either through work or studies. You have a lot of drive, and you're fluent in Swedish and English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work closely with management and senior members from the whole R&D organization, you'll be supporting and coordinating our contacts with the academic world. You'll thus need to interact easily with students, teachers and engineers, and be able to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
These will include:
• Building relationships with universities and other institutes
• Holding presentations etc to promote Axis as an employer of choice to students
• Coordinating thesis proposals - internally and externally
• Coordinating and participating in career/recruitment events
• Influencing universities to invest in education of importance to Axis
