hela Sverige Do you have previous work experience of leasing, financial controlling and accounting? Are you a business-oriented person with strong analytical mindset? We are looking for a Store Portfolio Specialist to our head office located in Gothenburg!
Your role in our team.
You are part of Retail Development, the team that manages and drives Lindex store portfolio. The Store Portfolio Specialist is responsible for analysing and administrating the company's retail store portfolio. This role involves evaluating store performance and providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You work closely with colleagues from leasing, store project, retail experience and business analyst teams incl. the local teams in the country organisations to ensure that the store portfolio aligns with the company's business objectives and growth strategy. You conduct comprehensive financial analysis of the store portfolio, including profitability, return of investment and sales performance.

Here are some more examples of what's included: Lindex yearly rental budget which also includes ongoing follow up, rental analysis, providing leasing colleagues with the right tool to execute our global strategies. As Store Portfolio Specialist you are also responsible for rental administration, updates of basis for analysis, board material and follow up on store investments.

University degree within accounting/finance or equivalent
Previous work experience within leasing
Good knowledge of accounting principles and analytical ability
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Excellent level of Excel
Experience from Microsoft Dynamics and Tagetik
Meritorious work experience from company within retail or real estate
