You will be responsible for the Statistic department and have staff responsibility for 2 people.
Tasks
•  Maintain and develop our store panel Scantrack, by ensuring correct sample selection and expansion factors
•  Secure the quality throughout the whole process around Scantrack
•  Provide our business analysts with statistical analyses of internal and external data
You will have an expert role in business meetings with our customers and work as a consultant for statistical issues.
Desired background
•  3 years of experience
•  Relevant university education (statistic alignment)
•  Experience from leading projects
•  Used to express yourself (orally and in writing) in a professional way in English. Swedish is an advantage, but not a necessary requirement.
•  Experience from FMCG, sales- and marketing analyses.
•  Experience from working with SAS is an advantage.

Since you have staff responsibility we expect you to have leadership and management qualities and an interest to coach and develop staff. The role is very practical/hands-on and we expect you to both work directly with the tasks and coach the team.

Start date: As soon as possible (according to agreement) Employment: Permanent (6 months probationary period) Work hours: 37,5 hours/week (100 %)
