hela Sverige We are now looking for a Junior Business Controller. Are you a finance professional at the beginning of your career? You will be a part of the Business controlling team in the finance organization within Special Steels division. In this international business controlling team, you will have colleagues in several locations in Nordics and United States. Placement Helsinki or Stockholm.
In this role, your main responsibility is to prepare reporting packages and analyzing the results together with division finance. You work closely with Division and Group finance covering the full spectrum of financial and operational reporting and analyzes.
In addition, you will coordinate and develop the management reporting and forecasting systems and processes and ensure the output quality and efficiency. You will support the divisions' management with divisional project follow-up, strategic KPIs and initiatives, ad-hoc analysis, etc. You will drive improvement projects within division to ensure better productivity within the function but also within operations.
You will report to Manager Business control Division, Special Steels. You will be a part of the Business controlling team in the finance organisation within Special Steels division. In this international business controlling team, you will have colleagues in several locations in Nordics and United States.
Who are you? / Your qualifications
To be successful in this position you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline as well as some finance related work experience preferably from international organisation. You need to have fluent English skills.
To succeed in this role it is good to be analytical, open-minded and outgoing. You continuously develop ways of working and have good people and communication skills to engage others. You have the ability to see the whole picture but can master details in follow-up in a careful and structured way. In addition, you have good technical abilities and willingness to learn the use of different IT tools.
