Atlas Antibodies is now looking for a Senior Quality Manager who will have the overall Quality responsibility for the development and manufacturing at the site. As a Senior Quality Manager your main responsibility is to ensure that the product development and the manufacturing processes are compliant with Atlas Antibodies Quality Management System and legal authorities requirements as well as costumer demands. You will be responsible for two Quality Officers and you will be part of the site management team. The role works both on operative level with everyday quality task and on strategic level with quality advise to the business development of the company. The role collaborates with all functions at the site, as well as with several functions within the global organization. The Sr Quality Manager reports to the CEO and play a crucial role for the strategic and tactical development of the company.
Your responsibilities include:
• Development and maintenance of the QMS in terms of compliance with national and international regulatory standards and guidelines for the development and production of the products.
• Responsibility for the Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Sustainability activities in the company.
• Provide leadership and direction needed to ensure that regulations are followed, quality management systems are implemented and followed, and that safety protocols are in place.
• Lead and support the colleagues in the QA team
• Prepare for and lead the site in external audit execution and be responsible for internal audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Quality Management
Qualifications:
• University degree Life Science or Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience from Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of Quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
• Understanding and experience of regulatory frameworks (e.g. IVD-R), EHS regulations and sustainability practices.
• Experience of development and production improvement projects, change management and quality assurance.
• Experience of quality assuring risk analyses.
• Fluent English, verbally and in written, Swedish is meritorious
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills, knowledge and critical experience
• Experience in change management, as it relates to the culture and mind set of the organization.
• Proven track record as working in an international organisation with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication with C-level. Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the local organisation and cross-organisation.
• Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals
• Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver
• Problem-solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via Lean
